The Real AI Advantage is Organizational

Technology sets the potential.

How work gets done turns it into performance.

When electricity entered manufacturing, most companies simply replaced steam engines with electric motors and kept everything else unchanged.

Productivity barely moved.

The step-change came when leaders redesigned the entire system of work around the new capability.

AI is no different.

From AI experimentation to operational impact

I work with leadership teams in complex, global organizations — typically in industrial and manufacturing-adjacent sectors like automotive, aerospace, and chemicals — where strategic decisions cross multiple functions and AI adoption can’t be solved by IT alone.

If your organization has AI initiatives running but the impact isn’t showing up in how decisions get made or how work actually flows — that’s exactly the gap I work on.

Most organizations don’t fail at AI because of technology.
They fail because decision-making, ownership, and workflows stay unchanged.

I work with leadership teams to remove those organizational bottlenecks — turning experimentation into measurable operational impact.

Outcome: clearer accountability, faster decisions, and efficiency gains that show up in core business performance.

Philosophy

Human-centered

AI works with people, not instead of them. We design structures that support adoption, trust, and effective collaboration.

Responsible by design

Ethics, governance, and risk considerations are embedded from the start.

Innovation-driven

We focus on creating sustainable value.

How we work

AI doesn’t fail because of technology.
It fails because organizations don’t change how decisions are made, how work flows, and who owns what.

Most companies already have AI tools and pilots in place.
But the impact doesn’t show up in daily operations.

That’s the gap we close.

We support organizations across three stages —
from first clarity to real implementation to sustainable capability.

Create Clarity:

AI Activation Lab

Empower teams.
Turn ideas into action.

A two-day, hands-on program that aligns leadership and teams around where AI creates real value — and what to do next.

You'll identify opportunities, set priorities, and define ownership - with tangible results that create immediate impact.

Drive real implementation:

AI Implementation Cohort

From use case to structure.

A structured, peer-based execution program for leaders responsible for making AI work inside their organization.

Because AI doesn’t fail in theory — it fails in execution.

This cohort creates a focused environment to:

  • move from pilots to real operational impact
  • learn from others solving similar challenges
  • avoid costly mistakes before making them
  • stay accountable over time

Solve critical challenges:

AI Transformation Advisory

From pilots to sustainable capability.

Targeted, hands-on support for leadership teams navigating the most complex parts of AI transformation.

From operating model design to governance and decision-making —
we work directly on the challenges that block progress.

About

Eszter has worked for over two decades across automotive, aerospace, chemicals, and banking — in global roles spanning strategy, business development, and transformation.

She spent more than a decade in senior roles at Henkel, leading cross-functional teams in large organizations - where decision-making is complex, incentives conflict, and change only works when leadership, structure, and operations move together. She partnered closely with executive teams navigating high-stakes transformation — translating strategic ambition into organizational reality.

In recent years, her work has focused on AI adoption in organizations — supporting leadership teams as they move from experimentation to execution, and from isolated initiatives to scalable impact. Her approach is informed by hands-on transformation work and formal training, including executive education in AI-driven leadership at Stanford University.

The Transformation.Lab

The Transformation.Lab was founded on a simple reality: AI is never just a technology challenge.
Effective AI adoption sits at the intersection of data, technology, organization, leadership, and change - and no single profile can credibly cover this breadth alone.
The Transformation.Lab is therefore built as a curated, independent network of AI and data experts, organizational designers, change practitioners, and strategy professionals — assembled based on what each organization actually needs.

This model allows us to:

bring the right expertise at the right moment — without heavyweight consulting structures

stay fast, adaptable, and deeply embedded in the organization

combine strategic clarity with hands-on execution

The result is not more opinions — but more collective intelligence, focused on turning AI ambition into operational and business impact.
